There is some ancient proverb that if you save someone, you are supposed to
protect them for life. I think you have a lifelong protector in Dino, Nancy! And
after that story, I'm not sure anything I come up with will mean much. I do like
this song, but when I hear it I think more of my daughter who is fighting
depression, and hoping that she finds a caring person (whether boyfriend or just
friend) who can stand beside her during good times and bad times. Someone who
can "catch her" and "never leave her alone."

Nancy, I can’t comment in this tread without first commenting on your story.
I literally sat her at my computer with tears in my eyes reading your story. You
are one lucky lady to have found a friend such as Dino, as well as the others
here to help carry you through the tough times. What I really want to say though
is that whether you realize it or not, you are also an inspiration to so many of
us here. At one time or another in our lives we may have to battle something
similar ourselves or with a loved one. Knowing you, your experiences, and your
strength is an inspiration that with perseverance and an occasional BITE ME, we
can get through tough times…so I want to say thank you for sharing so much of
yourself and your experience with all of us. Now on to Clouds… Clouds is
an amazing song that speaks more in a general life way, then bringing up an
actual time or event in my life. I can’t say where I was when I first heard this
song, probably in my car, since that is when I get most of my quite time to
crank it up and slip into my own world for a moment. This song brings up so many
feeling of assurance and acceptance. I am just like you I wish for more in this
life I need so much more These words remind me that we are all the same, we all
have struggles, and challenges in life. We all want to live our lives to the
fullest and get the most out of what is planned for us, and not to ever just
settle. Like white light Feel you shining through So much more to see But you're
too scared Out of the whole song, these are my favorite lines. I believe we all
have that white light inside us but, we don’t always show it or share it because
we are afraid. One of the hardest things to be in this world is vulnerable.
Being more vulnerable is a goal in my life because when you can be vulnerable
with people you will grow as a person. Trust me with everything 'Cause I'm the
one I give you strength when you're weak These are words that anyone would want
to hear spoken to them, to know you have family and friends who will always be
there to support you, through all of life’s ups and downs. Hy, Depression is a

omg nancy, that made me cry, I understand, my sister has went threw breast
cancer two time. she has good days and bad. I was there for all of her
treatments. this song for me; Reminds me of what my mother keeps saying about
me. That I want to help, give and save everyone. I have some family members that
are not the best people. they don't know how to take care of there kids the
right way, I have given them money and food lots of times. I take them were ever
they need to go. if I here someone is in trouble, i want to help some how. this
is one thing people dont know about me. I love badboys ,yes, thats what i said.
something draws me to them. i dont know if its, that i want to help them change
there life around are maybe im crazy. i think that its just that i want to be
there for people, and do things that help, and i love to give . i just love

This song helped convert my sister to like Lovehammers. I let her borrow my
CD and she came back and said I really love that song Clouds. She went on the

I actually never really liked this song until I got to know Nancy. Any song
that moves a person can move me! I do really like the first part.. I wish for
more in this life. It is a beautiful song and precious because of what it means
to everyone else.

Clouds is a wonderful song. It is a Perfect song. Clouds lyrics have a
meaning for me that I can't type or post but do touch me deeply. All I can type
is that, I wrote Marty a letter sent it via a friend that was collecting lots of
other stuff too from other LH fans to give to LH when she went to the Florida
concert where LH was headlining for INXS.....way back, explaining a lot and how
Clouds was my perfect song and the meaning it had for me. Not sure if he ever
read it or saw what I sent him. "So sorry she said You'll never find out anyhow"

was transcending then and he still is. A quote from Nancy: "Hook line and
sinker, I'm a lifer fan," I love this thread. It is amazing how much
MCLH's music touches people's lives and the lyrics, OMG~the lyrics are
conceived/created by one person or more, and a listener is able to totally
relate to the lyrics. That is what I discovered with MCLH music. I think that is
one of the major reasons why I love and am totally addicted to their music. MCLH
are completely and thoroughly GREAT! They are so very gifted in creating and
perfoming music that sounds great and draws you in and touches your soul. The
vocals, guitar riffs, bass guitar, drums and their way of delivering the whole
musical experience is amazing. It is difficult for me to completely open
up about my experiences or the situation that I come from on a public post, I
have to keep it private to myself, my closest family and friends. Plus, I really
want to forget them, get passed them and move forward. Certain MCLH songs hold
my thoughts and emotions and are enough to be the keeper of the words I can't
say out loud or write down in print. Thank you Nancy and to those that can fully
open themselves and allow others to be able to enter their most inner personal
part of their lives and experiences. I really appreciate and admire your ability
to write about your experiences, like a musician writes/creates a song. You do
